London Borough of Newham

A variety of projects including the reduction in homeless costs and the business planning relating to Future New Home, the Council’s affordable housing company.  Assisting the Council in its bid for potential GLA funding for affordable housing.

Mid Sussex District Council

Undertaking a review of homeless costs and creating a business plan to enable the Council to purchase properties to improve the accommodation provided to clients while reducing its current costs.

Thames Valley Housing Association

Creation of development appraisals and provision of advice in respect of business improvement.  Creation of Customer Journey process for Shared Ownership customers and undertaking customer satisfaction surveys.

United Living

Leading the financials on the GLA DPP2 bid in creating a business plan model for the site in question.  This led to United Living being successful in its bid against great competition and they are consequently gaining additional clients as a result of this.

Red Door Ventures (RDV)

Assist Newham Council and Red Door Ventures by undertaking a due diligence project relating to the performance of the sites that RDV are intending to build in the next 3 years.  Creating and presenting the findings to both organisations with recommendations for improving future reporting.

Fizzy Living

Undertaking a business plan review for sites that Fizzy Living are looking to purchase and to make recommendations in order for the business plan targets to be met.
